Alton Brooks

Parker (May 14, 1852, died. May 10, 1926) w as an American lawyer, judge and politician, known mainly as the Democratic candidate in the presidential elections in 1904. Born in Cortland (New York), Parker initially practiced law in Kingsto n. He was also an active member of the Democratic Party. In the years 1885-1889 served on the Supreme Court of New York for the years 1898-1904 president of the Federal Court of Appeals in New York. He was a close collaborator and protégé of the influential conservative Democrat, David B.
